Incident Statistics¶
View the claim rate, Mean Time to Acknowledge (MTTA), and Mean Time to Restore (MTTR) of incidents in a dashboard to understand incident handling efficiency and its changes over time.
Add a Chart¶
- Go to Scenes > Dashboards and open the target dashboard.
- Click Add Chart, and select Incident Statistics under Advanced Charts.
- Select the statistics metric and set incident filter conditions.
- In Display Settings on the right, select Overview or Trend, and then save.
Select the Statistics Scope¶
- Filter: Quickly filter by tag, status, severity, or on-call; multiple selections are supported.
- Search: Select fields such as service, environment, and assignee along with their corresponding values, or enter an incident name and press Enter to search.
Time Range¶
By default, the chart follows the dashboard time. To set it independently, select a time range in the top-right corner of the chart editor and save.
Select Statistics Metrics¶
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Claim Rate | The proportion of claimed incidents among the selected incidents. |
| MTTA | The average time taken to respond to incidents. |
| MTTR | The average time taken to restore incidents. |
Display Settings¶
Overview¶
Displays the selected metric as number cards. After enabling Show Incident Count, you can also view the corresponding number of incidents.
Trend¶
Select Line Chart or Bar Chart to view how the metric changes over time.
In Statistics Interval, set the time span that each point or bar represents. Both automatic and custom options are supported.
Duration Unit¶
MTTA and MTTR support automatic unit selection. You can also specify seconds, minutes, hours, or days.
