Plans¶
TOBY AI service plans are used to manage the number of Agents and plan credit quota available within a workspace. AI Copilot and Agents share the same credit account, and all AI capabilities consume credits uniformly.
Credits are divided into plan credits and prepaid credits. Plan credits are issued with the plan and must be used within the validity period. Prepaid credits need to be purchased and topped up in advance and do not expire. For plan fees, purchase methods, and regional differences, please refer to the actual pricing standards.
Plan Versions¶

Plan Credits¶
Plan credits are credits issued with TOBY AI service plans and are used to offset credit consumption generated by AI Copilot questions and Agent calls.
- Basic plan credits are issued by calendar month, reset monthly, and do not carry over to the next month.
- Pro, Team, and Enterprise plan credits are issued by subscription cycle, are valid only during the current validity period, and expire after that period.
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately after successful payment, and plan benefits and plan credits are updated at the same time.
- When plan credits are used up or expire, the system continues to deduct prepaid credits.
Prepaid Credits¶
Prepaid credits are additional credits purchased and topped up to the workspace, suitable for scenarios where plan credits are insufficient or higher usage is needed.
TOBY AI credits use a prepaid top-up model and do not support pay-as-you-go or postpaid settlement. To purchase prepaid credits, contact your account manager and complete the purchase and top-up according to the actual pricing standards. Prepaid credits do not expire after top-up.
Credit Deduction Order¶
When initiating an AI Copilot question or Agent call, the system calculates credit consumption based on actual usage and deducts credits in the following order:
- Deduct currently valid plan credits first.
- After plan credits are used up or expire, continue deducting prepaid credits.
- After the current credit balance is used up, related AI services, including AI questions and Agent calls, can no longer be used.
You can view the current credit balance on the Billing page. The current credit balance includes plan credits and prepaid credits, and plan included credits display their corresponding validity period.

Different regions, plan versions, and purchase methods may correspond to different pricing standards. For matters involving plan fees, renewal, prepaid credits, and Enterprise customization solutions, please refer to the actual pricing standards or contact your account manager for confirmation.
