Monitor¶

TrueWatch provides out-of-the-box official monitor templates covering key performance metrics and recommended thresholds for common technology stacks and business components, helping you quickly establish a monitoring system that fits your business scenarios.

It also supports flexible configuration of custom monitor rules, offering multiple detection mechanisms such as threshold detection, mutation detection, and interval detection, with crontab support for custom detection frequency, and can be combined with alert policies, incident correlation, and other features.

Configure¶

You can choose one of the following methods based on your actual needs to start configuration.

Use Official Templates¶

Based on industry best practices and common scenarios, TrueWatch includes a series of professional pre-built monitor templates. You can directly select a suitable template to quickly enable monitoring capabilities.

Create Custom Monitors¶

For specific business requirements, you can flexibly configure custom monitor rules. The system supports multiple detection mechanisms (threshold detection, mutation detection, interval detection, etc.), combinable alert policies, automatic incident tracking, and more.

Reuse Existing Configurations¶

For team collaboration scenarios, you can reuse existing monitor configurations in the workspace. Select an existing monitor as a template, adjust only necessary parameters such as detection rules and alert conditions, and quickly generate a new monitor with consistent structure, reducing duplicate configuration work.
