Incident Analysis Dashboard


The Incident Analysis Dashboard is a unified visualization page in the TrueWatch Incident Center designed to centrally display statistical analysis data of incidents. It helps you grasp the overall incident situation, processing progress, and team efficiency in real-time.

Page Structure

The Incident Analysis Dashboard is divided into two main areas: Summary and Statistical Analysis.

Summary

The Summary area provides core metrics for incident handling, helping you quickly understand the overall current incident status.

Incident Count Statistics

  • Incident Count: The total number of incidents within the specified time range.
  • Unassigned: The number of incidents with status open within the specified time range.
  • In Progress: The number of incidents with status working within the specified time range.
  • Resolved: The number of incidents with status resolved within the specified time range.

Handling Duration Statistics

Note

Currently, handling duration statistics are only available for resolved incidents.

  • Average Incident Handling Duration: The average handling duration for incidents with status resolved within the specified time range.
  • Maximum Incident Handling Duration: The maximum handling duration for incidents with status resolved within the specified time range.

Unresolved Incident List

Lists information for all unresolved incidents (status: open or working) within the current workspace:

  • Incident Name: The title/description of the incident.
  • Incident Severity: The priority level of the incident.
  • Incident Status: Current status is Unassigned/In Progress.
  • Assignee: The person currently responsible for handling this incident.

Statistical Analysis

The Statistical Analysis area displays the multi-dimensional distribution of incidents through visual charts.

  • Incident Severity Distribution: Uses a pie chart to count the number of incidents within the specified time range, showing the distribution across different severity levels.
  • Top 10 Assignees by Incident Handling Count: Counts the number of incidents for each assignee and lists the TOP 10. The statistical scope here includes incidents of all statuses.
  • Top 10 Assignees by Incident Handling Duration: For all resolved incidents (status: resolved), groups incidents by assignee, calculates the corresponding handling duration for each group, and returns the TOP 10 results.
  • Unresolved Incident Assignee Distribution: For all unresolved incidents (status: open or working), groups incidents by assignee and counts the number in each group.

List Options

On the Incident Analysis Dashboard, you can perform the following operations:

  • Filter the time range for incident creation or update using the Time Widget.
  • Click on charts to drill down and view detailed data.

View Customization

The Incident Analysis Dashboard is built on the TrueWatch system view and supports the following customization capabilities:

  • In Scenarios > System Views, search for and locate the Incident Center Analysis Dashboard to clone and create a copy.
  • After creating a "User View" with the same name as the system view, the system will automatically prioritize displaying your personalized view.
