Account Wallet

The TrueWatch Billing Center account is an independent account dedicated to managing billing-related costs incurred from using TrueWatch products. One Billing Center account can be associated with the billing of multiple Workspaces. In the TrueWatch Billing Center, you can top up cash, manage Vouchers, and manage Prepaid Cards.

Note:

  • If you choose to settle with a TrueWatch Billing Center account, the deduction order for TrueWatch pay-as-you-go bills is: Regular Vouchers, Threshold Vouchers, Prepaid Cards, cash, then Prepaid Card balance (negative values indicate arrears). Usage-based charges for SMS and Synthetic Testing can only be paid with cash and Prepaid Cards or the Prepaid Card balance.
  • If you choose cloud account settlement, the deduction order for TrueWatch pay-as-you-go bills is: Regular Vouchers, Threshold Vouchers, Prepaid Cards, then cloud account cash balance. Usage-based charges for SMS and Synthetic Testing can only be paid with Prepaid Cards and the cloud account cash balance.

Cash Management

The cash balance is the remaining available amount after online top-ups or offline remittances. After activating the TrueWatch Commercial Plan, you can top up your account in the TrueWatchTrueWatch Billing Center.

Top-Up

In the TrueWatch Workspace, go to Plans & Billing and click Enter Billing Center in the upper-right corner to enter the TrueWatch Billing Center and top up your account. Alternatively, on the Plans & Billing page of the TrueWatch Workspace, click Top Up to top up your account.

Online Top-Up

  1. On the top-up page of the TrueWatch Billing Center, enter the amount to top up, select Alipay as the payment method, and click Top Up.

  1. On the Alipay checkout page, scan the QR code with your mobile phone to pay.

  1. After the payment is successful, you will be automatically returned to the merchant.

  1. After the top-up is successful, you will be automatically returned to the TrueWatch Billing Center, and your cash balance will increase by the topped-up amount. If you have any issues, you can submit a support ticket in the Support Center.

Offline Remittance

On the top-up page of the TrueWatch Billing Center, select Offline Remittance as the payment method and remit the funds directly based on the bank account information provided on the page. The TrueWatch Billing Center will top up your account as soon as the remittance is received.

Voucher Management

Vouchers can be used for TrueWatch pay-as-you-go charges and cloud account charges. They are divided into Regular Vouchers and Threshold Vouchers. Regular Vouchers can be obtained through allocation, while Threshold Vouchers are automatically allocated by the system when you purchase Prepaid Cards in cash up to a certain amount.

Note: Prepaid Cards are non-refundable once purchased. For details, visit the Enterprise Customer Discount Program on the TrueWatch official website and contact a sales consultant to make a purchase.

Activating Vouchers

There are two ways to activate Vouchers. One is that the TrueWatch Billing Center administrator directly activates Vouchers to a specified account in the backend. The other is that after the Vouchers are delivered to the enterprise, the enterprise activates them directly in the TrueWatch Billing Center.

In the TrueWatch Billing Center, click Manage Vouchers > Activate Voucher, enter the Voucher activation code, and confirm to submit.

After the activation code is submitted successfully, you can view the activated Voucher's face value, current balance, status, activation time, and other information under Manage Vouchers.

Note: After activation, Vouchers must be used within the validity period. Any value exceeding the validity period can no longer be used.
