Account Wallet

TrueWatch Billing Center account is a dedicated account used to manage billing related to the use of TrueWatch products. A single billing center account can be associated with multiple workspace charges. In the TrueWatch Billing Center, you can perform cash top-ups, manage vouchers, and manage prepaid cards.

Note:

  • If choosing TrueWatch Billing Center account settlement, the deduction order for TrueWatch pay-as-you-go bills will be: standard vouchers, discount vouchers, prepaid cards, cash, prepaid card balance (negative value for overdue payments). SMS and testing pay-as-you-go consumption can only be paid using cash or prepaid cards/prepaid card balance.
  • If choosing cloud account settlement, the deduction order for TrueWatch pay-as-you-go bills will be: standard vouchers, discount vouchers, prepaid cards, cloud account cash balance. SMS and testing pay-as-you-go consumption can only be paid using prepaid cards and cloud account cash balance.

Cash Management

Cash balance refers to the remaining available amount after topping up online or offline. By subscribing to the TrueWatch Commercial Plan, you can top up your account in the TrueWatch Billing Center.

Top-Up

In the TrueWatch workspace Billing, click on Enter Billing Center at the top right corner to enter the TrueWatch Billing Center to top up your account; or directly in the TrueWatch workspace Billing, click Top-Up to add funds to your account.

Online Top-Up

  1. On the TrueWatch Billing Center top-up page, input the amount you wish to top up, choose Alipay as the payment method, and click Top-Up.

  1. At the Alipay checkout, scan the QR code with your phone to make the payment.

  1. After a successful payment, it will automatically return to the merchant.

  1. After a successful top-up, you will be automatically redirected to the TrueWatch Billing Center, where your cash balance will increase by the topped-up amount. If there are any issues, you can submit a ticket in the support center for consultation.

Offline Wire Transfer

On the TrueWatch Billing Center top-up page, choose Offline Wire Transfer as the payment method, and wire transfer directly according to the bank account information provided on the page. TrueWatch Billing Center will promptly top up your account after receiving the wire transfer.

Voucher Management

Vouchers support TrueWatch pay-as-you-go deductions and cloud account deductions. They are divided into standard vouchers and discount vouchers. Standard vouchers can be obtained through allocation, while discount vouchers are automatically distributed when purchasing prepaid cards to a certain level with cash.

Activate Voucher

There are two ways to activate vouchers: one is for the TrueWatch Billing Center administrator to directly activate vouchers to a specified account in the backend; the other is for the enterprise to activate vouchers directly in the TrueWatch Billing Center after receiving them.

In the TrueWatch Billing Center, click Manage Vouchers > Activate Voucher, input the voucher activation code, and confirm submission.

After successfully submitting the activation code, you can view the activated voucher’s denomination, current balance, status, activation time, etc., in the voucher management section.

Note: Vouchers must be used within their validity period. They cannot be used after the expiration date.
