Billing Management¶

The Billing Center generates bills monthly. In Billing Management, you can manage monthly bills, consumption details, income and expenditure details, voucher details, and prepaid card details.

Monthly Bills¶

In the Billing Center, click Monthly Bills to view all detailed consumption records by month. Click Export to export the current bill list information.

Note: The bill for the previous month is generated after the 3rd of the next month.

Consumption Details¶

In the Billing Center, click Consumption Details to view detailed daily consumption records. You can view detailed daily consumption records based on the selected billing period. Click Export to export the current consumption record list information.

Note: The bill for the previous day is completed at midnight of the next day, including various consumption details such as pay-as-you-go and annual subscription packages.

Income and Expenditure Details¶

In the Billing Center, click Income and Expenditure Details to view changes in account balance, including increases and decreases in cash, vouchers, and prepaid cards. You can view changes in account balance based on the selected transaction time range. Click Export to export the current account balance change list information.

Vouchers¶

In the Billing Center, click Vouchers to view activated voucher details. The voucher balance will gradually decrease with consumption.
