Register for the Commercial Plan from the Official Website

On the TrueWatch official website, click Register and select the Commercial Plan.

Step 1: Basic Information

  1. Select a site;
  2. Define your name;
  3. Define your Billing Center username;
  4. Set and confirm your login password;
  5. Enter your email and the verification code sent to it;
  6. Enter your phone number;
  7. Proceed to the Next Step.
What is the Billing Center?

Please carefully fill in the Billing Center username, as it is the unique login credential for the Billing Center.

The Billing Center is TrueWatch's payment and settlement platform. Users need to register an account on this platform to perform operations such as account recharge, payment settlement, bill management, and invoice management.

The initial password for the Billing Center is the same as TrueWatch. The two platform account systems are independent, and subsequent password changes will not affect the other platform.

Site Explanation

The system provides multiple registration sites. You can choose the corresponding site based on your current cloud environment or settlement method.

Note

  • Accounts and data from different sites are independent and cannot be shared or migrated. Please choose carefully;

  • When registering for the Commercial Plan, you can set the corresponding Settlement Method based on the selected site, which can be modified later.

Step 2: Corporate Information

  1. Enter your company name;
  2. Read and agree to the relevant agreements;
  3. Click More Information to optionally fill in other corporate information;
  4. Click Register.
Note

Completing Step 2 means you have successfully registered a TrueWatch account and a Billing Center account.

Step 3: Select Activation Method

Based on the site selected in Step 1, Step 3 will display the corresponding default activation method page.

  1. Enter the workspace name;
  2. Define the workspace language;
  3. Select the Activation Method as needed.

Activation Methods

Direct Activation via TrueWatch

This method involves creating a workspace directly through your TrueWatch account.

After successful activation, all costs generated within the workspace will be settled directly from your TrueWatch account.

Activation via Huawei Cloud Store

You must first purchase the TrueWatch Commercial Plan from Huawei Cloud and activate the workspace through your Huawei Cloud account. All subsequent costs generated within the workspace will be settled directly from your Huawei Cloud account.

  1. Go to Huawei Cloud for Free Activation and purchase TrueWatch services;
  2. Enter the workspace name;
  3. Select the workspace language;
  4. Enter your Huawei Cloud account ID;
  5. Click Activate to complete registration.

Activation via Alibaba Cloud Market

You must first purchase the TrueWatch Commercial Plan from Alibaba Cloud and activate the workspace through your Alibaba Cloud account. All subsequent costs generated within the workspace will be settled directly from your Alibaba Cloud account.

  1. Click Go to Alibaba Cloud for Free Activation of TrueWatch Services;
  2. Enter the workspace name;
  3. Select the workspace language;
  4. Enter your account ID and product instance ID;
  5. Click "Activate".

Activation via AWS Market

You must first purchase the TrueWatch Commercial Plan from the AWS Market and activate the workspace through your AWS account. All subsequent costs generated within the workspace will be settled directly from your AWS account.

  1. Enter the workspace name;
  2. Select the workspace language;
  3. Click "Activate".

After completing the Cloud Market Subscription, return to TrueWatch and click "Confirm" to complete registration.

Activation via Microsoft Azure Market

You must first purchase the TrueWatch Commercial Plan from the Microsoft Azure Market and activate the workspace through your Microsoft Azure account. All subsequent costs generated within the workspace will be settled directly from your Microsoft Azure account.

  1. Enter the workspace name;
  2. Select the workspace language;
  3. Click Activate.

After completing the Cloud Market Subscription, return to TrueWatch and click "Confirm" to complete registration.

Step 4: Successful Activation

After completing the above steps, you will have successfully activated the TrueWatch Commercial Plan. You can now log in directly to the workspace and start observing!

Note

If you only completed Step 2 during registration, you will be prompted to create a workspace upon login. Select the type of workspace you need to create to complete the registration and login.
