Login Methods

There are two login methods for the Billing Center: direct login through the Billing Center link and login-free access to the Billing Center via TrueWatch.

TrueWatch Billing Center Login Method

You can directly log in to the TrueWatch Billing Center through the link (https://bill.truewatch.com/).

After logging in to the Billing Center, you can view your account balance, recharge your account with cash, vouchers, or prepaid cards, change the settlement method, manage your account, and view bill details, among other operations.

Note: If you forget your password, you can retrieve it on the TrueWatch Billing Center login page by clicking Forgot Password.

TrueWatch Login Method

  1. Open TrueWatch, select the login site, and enter your username and password to log in.

  2. In the TrueWatch workspace, go to Plans and Billing, click Billing Center, and you will be directed to the TrueWatch Billing Center for account management.

Note: Only workspace owners can access the Billing Center via the TrueWatch workspace login-free method.
