What should I do if the activation process of TrueWatch is interrupted?

If you have registered a TrueWatch account but have not yet created a workspace, you can log in with your registered account. After logging in, you will be prompted with the following page where you can choose the appropriate method to create a workspace according to your needs.

What are the differences between the Commercial Plan and Exclusive Plan of TrueWatch? Can they be switched?

They cannot be switched. The TrueWatch Commercial Plan uses the default ES storage method, while the TrueWatch Exclusive Plan uses the SLS storage method.

Note: Only by purchasing the TrueWatch Exclusive Plan from the Alibaba Cloud marketplace can you activate SLS storage. Workspaces that have already been activated with the default storage method do not support switching to SLS storage.

Why might a workspace be locked?

If you choose to settle with an Alibaba Cloud account, once it is released, expired, or deleted, the associated billing workspaces will be automatically locked. TrueWatch will notify you via email; the same applies to AWS and Huawei Cloud accounts.

How can a locked workspace be restored?

After a workspace is locked, please contact your customer manager. All subsequent unlocking operations will be handled by TrueWatch.
