Amazon Cloud Account Billing

This refers to direct top-up and billing through an Amazon cloud account. One Amazon cloud account can be associated with multiple workspaces and multi-site workspaces for billing purposes.

Selecting During First TrueWatch Commercial Plan Registration

  1. Enter the registration process.
  2. In the third step, when selecting the activation method, choose Activate via Amazon Cloud Marketplace.
  3. Enter the workspace name and select the workspace language.
  4. Check the box to agree to the terms.
  5. Click Activate.

Subscribing to TrueWatch on Amazon Cloud Marketplace

  1. Log in to the Amazon Cloud Marketplace page for the TrueWatch product and click Continue to Subscribe.
  2. After successful subscription, click Set Up Your Account.

Changing Billing Method in the Billing Center Platform

  1. Log in to the TrueWatch Billing Center.
  2. Navigate to Workspace Management.
  3. Select the workspace and click the Change button on the right.
  4. Choose Amazon Cloud Account Billing.
  5. First, go to Amazon Cloud to subscribe to the TrueWatch service.
  6. After subscription is complete, the system will automatically redirect to the TrueWatch Billing Center.
  7. Select the workspace.
  8. Click Confirm Submission.

Binding Multiple Workspaces for Billing Under a Single Amazon Cloud Account

This means binding multiple workspaces for billing under the same Amazon cloud account.

  1. Go to TrueWatch Billing Center > Workspace Management.
  2. Click Change Billing Method.
  3. Under Registered Cloud Account Billing, select the Amazon cloud account you want to bind.
  4. Click OK to complete the binding.

Canceling TrueWatch Subscription on Amazon Cloud

  1. Log in to Amazon Cloud, select Your Marketplace Software from the account menu in the top right corner.
  2. Find the subscribed TrueWatch service under Manage Subscriptions and click Manage.
  3. On the service management page, click Actions > Cancel Subscription.
  4. In the pop-up dialog box, click Yes, Cancel Subscription.

Note: After canceling the TrueWatch service subscription on Amazon Cloud, all workspaces in the TrueWatch Billing Center that were billed using this account will have the associated cloud account removed. All associated workspaces will be locked. You can unlock the workspaces in Billing Center > Workspace Management.
