Official Monitor Template Library

The system provides a rich set of out-of-the-box monitoring templates covering dozens of common technology stacks, from infrastructure and middleware to cloud services. You can enable monitoring for hosts, containers (Docker), databases (Elasticsearch, Redis), cloud services (Alibaba Cloud RDS, SLB), and big data components (Flink) with one click, without configuring from scratch, simplifying the initial configuration work.

Prerequisites

Before creating templates, install DataKit on the host and enable the related collectors. Otherwise, the monitors corresponding to the templates cannot generate alert events.

Create

  1. Go to Monitors > Official Template Library;
  2. Select a monitoring template;
  3. Configure.

You can create templates individually or in batches. No manual configuration is required, so you can quickly put them into use.

Manage Templates

On the template library page, the left side lists all monitoring template types, and the right side displays all detection rules under those template types. On this page, you can perform the following operations:

  • Select specific detection libraries on the left to filter;
  • Paginate through detection rules, or enter a name in the search bar for real-time search;
  • Multi-select detection rules on the right to batch create monitors;
  • After successful creation, return to the monitor list, click to open a monitor, edit detection rules, and save.
