Incident - DingTalk¶

TrueWatch Incident integrates deeply with DingTalk, making it convenient to send incident information to DingTalk, reply through DingTalk, and feed back to TrueWatch.

Configuration¶

Prerequisites¶

Requires administrative permissions for both the TrueWatch Workspace and the DingTalk Open Platform.

Install Func¶

It is recommended to activate the TrueWatch Integration - Extensions - DataFlux Func (Automata): all prerequisites are automatically installed, please proceed with the script installation.

If deploying Func manually, refer to Manual Func Deployment

It is recommended to deploy the GSE version.

Install Script¶

In the script market, install the corresponding collection script: "TrueWatch Integration (TrueWatch Incident - DingTalk)" (ID: integration_issue_dingtalk) to activate.
