Incident - DingTalk¶

TrueWatch Incident integrates deeply with DingTalk, making it easy to send incident information to DingTalk, reply via DingTalk, and feed back to TrueWatch.

Configuration¶

Prerequisites¶

Administrative permissions for both the "TrueWatch Workspace" and the "DingTalk Open Platform" are required.

Install Func¶

It is recommended to activate the TrueWatch Integration - Extensions - DataFlux Func (Automata): all prerequisites are automatically installed. Please proceed with the script installation.

If you are deploying Func yourself, refer to Self-deploying Func

It is recommended to deploy the GSE version.

Install Script¶

In the script market, install the corresponding collection script: "TrueWatch Integration (TrueWatch Incident-DingTalk)" (ID: integration_issue_dingtalk) to activate it.
