Save Snapshot¶
Save Entry¶
Enter the page where you want to save the snapshot, adjust the time widget in the upper right corner, and filter out the data you need to save. Then use the following methods to pop up the Save Snapshot window.
Start Saving¶
After successfully popping up the Save Snapshot window, you can configure the related settings for this snapshot.
- Define the snapshot name;
- Set the visibility scope:
- Public: All users in the current workspace can view this snapshot;
- Only visible to me: Other users cannot view this snapshot.
- Automatically get the time range selected on the current page; you can adjust the time range here.
View Snapshot¶
You can view the saved snapshots in the following entries:
View in Shortcut¶
In Workspace > Shortcut > Snapshot, you can view all snapshots saved in the current workspace.
Here, for the saved snapshots, you can perform the following operations:
- Filter by snapshot type;
- Search and match by snapshot name;
- Batch delete;
- Sort by save time;
- For a single snapshot, you can share, copy the link, or delete it.
View in Explorer Page¶
Enter Explorer > Snapshot, the system will display the snapshots saved in this explorer. Snapshots are only visible in the explorer where they were saved. For example, snapshots saved in the log explorer cannot be viewed in the RUM trace explorer;

Hover over the historical snapshot to display the time range and filter conditions of the snapshot. The time range is divided into the following three types:
- Absolute time: Fixed time interval.
- Relative time: Dynamic interval based on the current time.
- Default: System default time setting.
View in Dashboard Page¶
Enter Scenario > Dashboard, and you can view all dashboard snapshots saved in the current workspace in the Historical Snapshot section at the top right of the page.
Here, for the saved snapshots, you can perform the following operations:

Search and match by snapshot name;

For a single snapshot, you can share, copy the link, or delete it;

Click Snapshot Name to open the corresponding data copy and reproduce the data tags at the time the snapshot was saved.

If you set the visibility scope to Only visible to me when saving the snapshot, a icon will be displayed after the snapshot name, and others will not be able to view this snapshot.
