This document introduces the main product terminology of TrueWatch Billing Center.

| TrueWatch Account | An account used to log in to TrueWatch workspaces. One account can be associated with multiple workspaces. |
| Workspace | The basic operational unit of TrueWatch products. Users can join one or more workspaces through creation or invitation and use various functionalities provided by TrueWatch within the workspace. |
| Billing Center Account | An independent account used to manage billing for the Commercial Plan of TrueWatch products. One billing center account can be associated with multiple workspace billings. |
| Cloud Account | Supports binding AWS accounts, Alibaba Cloud accounts, and Huawei Cloud accounts for billing purposes. |
| Billing Method | Supports four billing methods: TrueWatch Billing Center account, AWS account, Alibaba Cloud account, and Huawei Cloud account. |
| Cash Balance | Remaining available balance topped up via online recharge or offline bank transfer. |
| Vouchers | Virtual coupons issued by TrueWatch as financial benefits that can be used to offset charges for purchasing TrueWatch services. |
| Prepaid Card | A prepaid card that can be used to purchase TrueWatch services within its validity period. The minimum denomination is 100 yuan, with no upper limit; contact your sales representative for purchasing and other follow-up issues. |
| Pay-As-You-Go | Also known as postpaid, where charges are based on actual data usage within the user's workspace for the day. TrueWatch generates invoices on a daily basis. The deduction order for pay-as-you-go invoices is: regular vouchers, discount vouchers, prepaid cards, cash, prepaid card balance (negative outstanding balance). |
| Site | TrueWatch supports creating and using workspaces across multiple sites, with independent member accounts and workspace data between different sites. |
