Account Management


In Billing Center > Account Management, you can perform operations such as updating information, changing passwords, real-name authentication, and managing cloud accounts.

Update Information

If there are personnel changes in the enterprise and you need to update the account information in the Billing Center, go to Account Management > Information to change the enterprise name, industry, region, introduction, contact name, email, and phone number.

Change Email

  1. Click Account Management > Information > Change Email;
  2. Obtain and enter the verification code from the current email;
  3. Confirm;
  4. Enter the new email address;
  5. Obtain and enter the verification code;
  6. Click "Confirm" to successfully change the email.

Change Phone Number

  1. Click Account Management > Information > Change Phone Number;
  2. Obtain and enter the verification code from the current phone number;
  3. Confirm;
  4. Enter the new phone number;
  5. Obtain and enter the verification code;
  6. Click "Confirm" to successfully change the phone number.

Change Security Password

If you set a password when registering for the Billing Center account, you can change the password in Account Management > Security.

Real-name Authentication

If you need to issue invoices, you must first complete the authentication in Account Management > Real-name Authentication, and then you can go to Invoice Management to request invoices.

Cloud Account Management

In the Account Management > Cloud Account page, you can view the cloud account information saved after subscribing to cloud providers, which can be used for the settlement of new workspaces.
