Registration Related Issues¶

Unsubscribe from TrueWatch on Alibaba Cloud¶

1. Log in to Alibaba Cloud, open the left upper corner menu in the Alibaba Cloud console, and click to enter Cloud Market > Purchased Services.

1. In Purchased Services, you can view the subscribed TrueWatch instance, and click the Close button at the top right corner of this instance.

1. In the pop-up Service Closure dialog box, after clicking Confirm, you will see that the status of this instance has changed to Closed, indicating that you have successfully unsubscribed from TrueWatch on Alibaba Cloud.

Note: After unsubscribing from TrueWatch service on Alibaba Cloud, all workspaces bound to this account in the TrueWatch Billing Center will delete the associated cloud account. The current cloud account billing will be modified to be settled by the TrueWatch Billing Center account, and users will be notified via email.
