Scheduled Reports

Scheduled Reports provide targeted features for the following two business scenarios:

  1. Pursuing timeliness: Query dashboard data within a specific time range with a minimum cycle of one day, and push reports on a scheduled basis;
  2. Pursuing accuracy: Query and archive full data with a cycle of yesterday or last week.

Manage List

On the Scheduled Reports list page, you can view the name of the scheduled report, associated dashboard, report cycle, notification targets, and other information. You can manage scheduled reports through the following operations:

  • Search for report or dashboard names;
  • Filter based on dashboard, status, and report cycle;
  • Enable/disable a specific report;
  • Edit or delete the report.
