Real-time Reports

Export dashboards as reports and schedule them to be sent to relevant personnel at daily, weekly, monthly, and other time intervals through various channels.

Create

Basic Information

  1. Define the title of the archived report.
  2. Dashboard: Select the dashboard to be used for the scheduled report.

    • If the selected dashboard contains view variables, you can customize the view variables for the scheduled report.
  3. Query Range: Select the time range for the dashboard when sending the report. You can manually input a custom time range.

Note
  • The view variables modified here are only applied to the generated report and do not affect the original default configuration of the dashboard.
  • If no view variables are defined in the dashboard, this option will not be displayed.

Schedule

  1. Select the time zone for sending the report.
  2. Report Time: Set the specific time for sending the scheduled report. Enter positive integers for hours (0-23) and minutes (0-59).
  3. Report Frequency: Set the frequency for sending the scheduled report. Options include:

    • One-time: Send only once at the specified time.
    • Daily: Choose to send every day or specify specific dates (multiple selections supported).
    • Weekly: Choose the sending frequency based on weekly intervals.
    • Monthly: Choose to send every month or specify specific months and dates (multiple selections supported).

Notification Methods

Currently, 5 notification types are supported: Email Group, DingTalk Bot, WeCom Bot, Lark Bot, and Webhook.

  1. Notification Targets: The recipients of the current scheduled report. You can create new notification targets in Monitoring > Notification Targets.
  2. Content: The specific content displayed in the email for the scheduled report.

Sharing Methods

  1. Image: Choose the image format for sharing the scheduled report, including dashboard screenshots or chart screenshots.

    • Email/DingTalk Bot Notification: By default, the dashboard content is exported as an image. If the data query time range of the dashboard is too long, the data volume is too large, or it contains complex calculations, the chart may appear blank.
    • WeCom Bot: Supports default mode and image mode (in this mode, only images can be shared, text cannot be sent, and the image size should be limited to 2MB).
    • Webhook: Supports sharing image links, which can be accessed through the link to view the dashboard image.
  2. Sharing Methods:

    • Public Sharing: Choose the short link for publicly sharing the scheduled report, which can be directly opened.
    • Encrypted Sharing: Set a 4-8 character alphanumeric sharing code. After setting, the correct password must be entered to open the scheduled report short link.
