Archived Reports

Set a period for scheduled reports, and automatically archive the full data of the previous period and generate static results at the end of the cycle. The archived results will be retained for a long time and will not be affected by changes in dashboard configurations. For example, query the full data of yesterday or last week to generate an archived report.

Create

Basic Information

  1. Define the title of the archived report;
  2. Select the dashboard that needs to send scheduled reports;

    • If there are view variables in the selected dashboard, you can customize and modify the view variables of the dashboard in the scheduled report

Scheduled Plan

  1. Select the time zone for sending the report externally;
  2. Select the report period, which means querying and archiving based on the full data of yesterday or last week;
  3. Select the time interval for the charts in the final report:

    • Daily: 5 minutes (default), 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours
    • Weekly: 30 minutes (default), 1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, 1 day

Notification Method

You can choose not to send notifications externally and only generate archived reports, which can be viewed later in the scheduled report list.

In addition, currently 5 types of notifications are supported: email groups, DingTalk bot, WeCom bot, Lark bot, Webhook.

  1. Notification Targets: The recipients of the current scheduled report. You can create new notification targets in Monitoring > Notification Targets;
  2. Content: The specific content displayed in the email of the scheduled report.

Sharing Method

  1. Image: Select the image format for sharing the scheduled report, including dashboard screenshots or chart screenshots.

    • Email/DingTalk bot notifications: By default, the dashboard content is exported as an image. If the data query time range of the dashboard is too long, the data volume is too large, or it contains complex calculations, the charts may appear blank.
    • WeCom bot: Supports selecting the default mode and image mode (in this mode, only images can be shared, text cannot be sent, and the image size should be limited to 2MB)
    • Webhook: Supports sharing image links, and the dashboard image can be accessed through the link.
  2. Sharing Method:

    • Public Sharing: Select the short link of the scheduled report for public sharing, which can be opened directly;

    • Encrypted Sharing: You need to set a 4~8 digit alphanumeric sharing code. After setting, you need to enter the correct password to open the short link of the scheduled report.
