Tencent Cloud Billing

The billing statement reflects the monthly consumption amount and resource details of users on Tencent Cloud, and serves as the proof of reconciliation between Tencent Cloud and users. Billing Introduction

Use the "TrueWatch Cloud Sync" series of script packages in the script market to synchronize cloud monitoring and cloud asset data to TrueWatch.

Configuration

Install Func

It is recommended to activate the TrueWatch Integration - Extensions - DataFlux Func (Automata): all prerequisites are automatically installed. Please proceed with the script installation.

If you deploy Func yourself, refer to Self-deploying Func

Activate Script

Tips

  1. Prepare a qualified Tencent Cloud AK in advance (for simplicity, grant the global read-only permission ReadOnlyAccess).
  2. To ensure accuracy, bill data is always collected for T-1.

Activate Script in DataFlux Func (Automata)

  1. Log in to the TrueWatch console.
  2. Click the 【Integration】 menu and select 【Cloud Account Management】.
  3. Click 【Add Cloud Account】, select 【Tencent Cloud】, and fill in the required information on the interface. If you have already configured the cloud account information, ignore this step.
  4. Click 【Test】, and after a successful test, click 【Save】. If the test fails, please check the relevant configuration information and test again.
  5. Click 【Cloud Account Management】 to see the added cloud account in the list, and click the corresponding cloud account to enter the details page.
  6. Click the 【Integration】 button on the cloud account details page, find Tencent Cloud Billing under the Not Installed list, and click the 【Install】 button to pop up the installation interface and install it.

Manually Activate Script

  1. Log in to the Func console, click 【Script Market】, enter the TrueWatch script market, and search for integration_tencentcloud_billing_by_instance.

  2. Click 【Install】, then enter the corresponding parameters: Tencent Cloud AK, Tencent Cloud account name.

    Note: If you are obtaining sub-account billing, IS SUB CUSTOMER should be configured as True.

  3. Click 【Deploy Startup Script】, the system will automatically create a Startup script set and automatically configure the corresponding startup script.

  4. After activation, you can see the corresponding automatic trigger configuration in 「Management / Automatic Trigger Configuration」. Click 【Execute】 to immediately execute it once without waiting for the scheduled time. After a while, you can view the execution task records and corresponding logs.

Verification

  1. In 「Management / Automatic Trigger Configuration」, confirm whether the corresponding task has the corresponding automatic trigger configuration, and check the task records and logs for any anomalies.
  2. In TrueWatch, check if the corresponding billing information exists in 「Cloud Billing / Billing Analysis」.
