Register for Free Plan¶
Under the TrueWatch Free Plan (Beijing) node, you can apply to register for the Free Plan.

Start Registration¶
- Define a name.
- Set and confirm the login password.
- Enter the email and phone number, and fill in the verification code sent.
- Determine the workspace name.
- Enter your company name and your position.
- Select the application purpose.
- Agree to the terms.
- Click "Apply".
After the application is completed, the system will complete the review within 12 hours, and the result will be sent to your email. Please check your inbox.
If the review is approved, you can enter the Free Plan workspace through the login link in the email.
Why might the review fail?
Generally, the review may fail under the following circumstances:
- The email (or phone number) used during the application has already registered a TrueWatch account.
- The submitted registration information (such as company name, contact information, etc.) is incomplete.
When is no review required?
If you join someone else's workspace through an invitation link, after registering an account, you can join directly without waiting for a review.
Limitations of the Free Plan workspace after successful registration
- After the account is successfully registered, only the Free Plan workspace can be created.
- Each user can join multiple workspaces but can only create 1 workspace (i.e., act as the Owner of the workspace).
- Each workspace supports up to 5 members.
- The Free Plan workspace cannot be disbanded, and the Owner permission cannot be transferred.
