Management

The workspace is the basic operational medium of TrueWatch. Through Console > Management, you can view and configure space basic information, member permissions, data permissions, API Keys, notification targets, built-in views, charts, and snapshot sharing features.

Joining a Workspace

You can join one or more workspaces by creating or being invited.

Self-Creation

Before joining a workspace in any way, you need to register an account first. After registration, the system will automatically create a workspace for you and grant you Owner permissions.

Within an existing workspace, you can create other workspaces from the following two entrances:

Click Account > Create Workspace at the bottom left.

Click Workspace Name > New Workspace at the top left.

Enter the workspace creation window:

  1. Enter the workspace name;
  2. Select the language for this workspace;
  3. Optionally add a description for this workspace;
  4. Confirm.

SSO Account Login

In addition to logging in through a registered account, enterprise users can also log in to the console via SSO Single Sign-On.

Accounts logged in via SSO will use the login retention time configured by SSO by default.

Quick Search

In the workspace left navigation bar > Quick Search, you can quickly view recently accessed pages and other function-related pages in the current workspace:

Managing Workspaces

Click Account > Workspace Management, or directly click the workspace name at the top left of the console to view operations related to the workspace.

Window Operations

  • Upon entering this page, you can view all workspaces associated with the current account;
  • On the workspace card, your role permissions in that workspace and the number of members in that workspace are directly displayed;
  • Filter by version, role, and business;
  • In the search bar, enter the workspace name or description to quickly search and locate.

Card Operations

Hover over the workspace card, and you can perform the following operations:

  • Click to view the creation time of the workspace;
  • Click to set a note for the current workspace;
  • Pin the space or set it as the default space (i.e., the workspace you enter by default after logging in, only applicable to the currently logged-in account);
  • Leave or disband the current workspace.
Disbanding Notes
  • Only the workspace owner can disband the current workspace. Once disbanded, the data cannot be recovered, so please proceed with caution;

  • After disbanding, the workspace will automatically be unbound from the billing center and deleted.
