Reports

Set a cycle for reports. At the end of each cycle, the system automatically archives the full data from the previous cycle and generates static results. Archived report results are retained long-term and are not affected by changes to dashboard configurations. Additionally, the system supports scheduled queries of dashboard data within specific time ranges and pushing reports.

Create a Report

Basic Information

  1. Define the title for the archived report.

  2. Select the dashboard for which the report should be sent.

    • If the selected dashboard contains view variables, you can customize and modify the dashboard's view variables for the report.
  3. Choose whether to customize management permissions.

    • If kept off, it follows the default permissions of "Reports".

    • If checked, you can customize the permission objects to manage the current report.

Note
  • View variables modified here are only applied to the generated report and do not affect the dashboard's original default configuration.

  • If no view variables are defined in the dashboard, this option will not be displayed.

Schedule

Set the frequency for sending the report. Available cycles include two types:

  1. Send only once at the specified time.

  2. Set the specific sending time for the report:

    • Send immediately

    • Custom time: select date, hour, minute, timezone

  3. Select the chart time range queried for the final report:

    • Last specific number of minutes

    • Custom time range

  1. Choose based on different time dimensions:

    • Daily: select to send every day, or specify specific dates

    • Weekly: select sending frequency based on weekly time dimension

    • Monthly: select to send every month, or specify specific months and dates

  2. Set the specific sending time for the report based on hour, minute, and timezone.

  3. Based on different time dimensions, select the chart time interval queried for the final report:

    • Last specific minutes/hours/days/weeks/months

    • Yesterday/Last week/Last month

Notification Method

  1. Select the recipients for the current report, i.e., Notification Targets.

  2. Enter the specific content to be displayed in subsequent emails for the report, and choose the image format for sharing the report, including dashboard screenshots or chart screenshots.

    • Email/DingTalk bot: By default, exports dashboard content as an image. If the dashboard's data query time range is too long, the data volume is too large, or it contains complex calculations, charts may appear blank.

    • WeCom bot: Supports selecting default mode and image mode (in this mode, only images can be shared, text cannot be sent, and the image size should be limited to within 2MB).

Sharing Method

  1. Choose whether the report sharing is public or not.

    • Public sharing: Select a short link for the publicly shared report, which can be opened directly.

    • Encrypted sharing: Requires setting a 4-8 character alphanumeric share code. After setting, the correct share code must be entered to open the report link.

  2. Select the validity period for the shared report, including 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, or permanently valid (default).

Manage Reports

On the report list page, you can view report name, associated dashboard, execution cycle, notification targets, and other information. The following management operations are supported:

  • Search for report or dashboard names.

  • Filter based on dashboard, status, and report cycle.

  • Choose to enable/disable a specific report.

  • Edit or delete the report.
